After the nightly panorama shooting last week, here’s a view of the same spot from the opposite side. The image is taken on early sunday morning from the Marien bridge. The sun was heading straight into the lens. Thanks to the 12bit of the RAW data, I was able to reproduce the ripples on the river while keeping the silhouette as well as the details of the clouds.

After a long time I recently found some time to take some pictures at home. One of the things I always wanted to try is the standard panorama of the Dresden skyline from the bridge Albertbruecke. This is a DRI taken from 15 captures, 5 vertical shots with the 1.8/50mm lens on 3 different exposure times. I’m not completely satisfied yet, but it’s a first try.
