Behind the Lens
In my view you cannot claim to have seen something until you have photographed it.

My name is Axel Becker. I first came in touch with photography when I was a school boy and fell in love with it for a lifetime. I usually indulge my passion during vacation with my family as well as in everyday life if time permits.

Something about technology
Most of the images before 2007 are taken by a Minolta Dimage A2. A camera I appreciated to use after years of carrying heavy SLR equipment. It was compact and lightweight without compromizing functionality too much. But finally in 2007 I decided to switch to a digital SLR kit. Currently my photo bag pack is occupied by this
Equipment:
Nikon D80
AF-S DX VR Zoom-NIKKOR 18-200 mm 1:3,5-5,6G IF-ED
AF NIKKOR 50 mm 1:1,8D
SIGMA 105mm F2,8 EX DG MAKRO
Nikon SB600
Käsemann Pol Circular

a lightweight Manfrotto tripod
and a hand full of accessories
