OM-D city walk

It’s time. The OM-D E-M5 now she’s here!
And this was the first Sunday morning I took her for a walk down town Dresden. I wanted to see how this camera performs as a tourists instrument. And I have to say, it’s just amazing. It’s like a whole new way of doing photographs on the walk. Having this small camera sitting on my left wrist, operating the motor zoom with the thumb and forefinger, the display slightly tilted up and shooting with the right hand, eigther on the shutter button or the touch screen. Really, it runs like hell. I’m almost to say, this little thing is finally what digital photography was intended to become from the verry beginning, at least what I always wanted it to be. It looks and feels like a scale 1:1.5 model of a classical SLR but it’s fully functional and packed with all the latest bells and whistles of digital technologies.
But I don’t want to bother the world with just another technical review. Here’s the outcome of this mornings city walk. All RAW processed through the latest RC2 of Lightroom 4.1. Yes it already perfectly supports the E-M5.
